1. About Us

This website is operated by Wildmark Engraving. Throughout these Terms, the words "we", "us", and "our" refer to Wildmark Engraving.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and designs as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings, and due to the natural characteristics of materials such as wood, slate and other engraving materials, slight variations in colour, grain and finish should be expected.

As many of our products are handmade or laser engraved to order, each item is unique and may differ slightly from product photographs.

4. Personalisation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, names, dates, logos, artwork and personalisation details submitted are accurate before placing an order.

Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

Wildmark Engraving cannot be held responsible for customer-submitted errors.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

7. Order Acceptance

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

Product information or pricing contains an obvious error.
Fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected.
We are unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

8. Production & Delivery

Production times shown on our website are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Delivery timeframes are provided by the courier and are outside of our control once your order has been dispatched.

Wildmark Engraving is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs or other events beyond our control.

9. Returns & Refunds

As the majority of our products are made to order or personalised, returns are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, product designs, logos, graphics, text and branding, remains the property of Wildmark Engraving unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or distributed without our prior written permission.

11. Customer-Supplied Artwork

If you provide artwork, logos or images for engraving, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.

Wildmark Engraving accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied designs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildmark Engraving shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
